Our Pastor

Dr. Thomas L. Dozier is the senior pastor of The Word of Grace and Truth Ministries, President of Grace and Truth Christian University and the founder of TLD Ministries in Tampa, FL. He has dedicated himself to the building and upkeep of God's kingdom through education and principle and has given much of himself to help others succeed in like manner.

He has been assigned by God to use the anointing that is upon his life in the realm of the Body of Christ. Having prepared with years of study and practice in the Theological and Christian Counseling arenas, Dr. Dozier brings valuable experience to the pulpit as well as the classroom. He has earned a Master's degree in Pastoral Counseling and a Ph.D. in Theology.

He has been graced with tremendous insight of the Scriptures and believes in expounding on the Scripture with integrity of heart. Dr. Dozier believes that the Word of God should be correctly interpreted in order that minds might be renewed, lives reformed and God glorified.

Dr. Dozier believes that God placed Ministry Gifts within the local church to do exactly that which was written by Paul in Ephesians 4:8-16; and, he places tremendous value on all believers’ abilities, desiring to see them used for the glory of God. Dr. Dozier resides in the Tampa Bay Area with his wife Dr. Claudia Dozier.
